Is this a promotional giveaway or a raffle?
Horsey People runs promotional giveaways, not raffles. We are a registered Australian company licensed to conduct trade promotion giveaways. Entries into our giveaways are just one of the perks of our memberships.

VIP memberships are billed monthly, but you can cancel anytime in your account. We run multiple giveaways every month, and we’re always adding more. Stick around—the longer you stay, the better it gets.
If I win, what happens next?
If you are the lucky winner, you will receive a phone call from us on the day of the live draw to tell you the news! If you are unable to take the call, we will follow up until we get in contact with you.
Once contact has been made, we will arrange delivery of your prize within 14 days. We would love to see some pictures of you with your new prize!

Horsey People is a profit-for-purpose company where a portion of profits go straight to charity. We’ve given over $150,000 to horse and country charities in the past year! We are currently supporting farmers in need through Farm Angels. You can find us on their website under Purchase with Purpose.
What’s the difference between a VIP Membership and a Once-off Package?
Once-off Packages are a one-time purchase that offer access to partner discounts for a set period of time, as well as free entries into one giveaway. There are no recurring payments and no hidden fees.
VIP Memberships also offer access to discounts and giveaways, with more perks. They have a lower entry price, allow you to accumulate bonus entries every month, and also enter you into every single giveaway (including VIP-exclusive giveaways). There are no lock-in contracts, no hidden fees, and you can cancel at any time.

Do I need to be at the draw location? Or how can I watch the draw?
Our draws are held live on Facebook and Instagram, so you don’t need to go anywhere! Tune in from your computer or phone.
We encourage everyone who has entered to watch the live draws to build the excitement and make sure it’s really us you’re getting a call from. If that’s not possible, we recommend you keep your phone nearby during the draw as you might just be the lucky one to receive a call!
If you miss our call, don’t fret. We’ll keep contacting you until we get in touch. Prizes are forfeited only after we haven’t been able to get a hold of you in 90 days.

Since then, Farm Angels has expanded to provide financial assistance, food hampers, care packs, and mental wellbeing support to over 4,700 primary producers affected by all natural disasters (drought, flood, fire, and plagues) in over 1,300 communities across Australia.
